How do I book a collection?
Just message us on WhatsApp or call during working hours (Mon–Sat, 8am–4pm). Tell us where you are and roughly what you have, and we'll do the rest.
How much does it cost?
Laundry is R30/kg, washed and neatly folded, with free collection & delivery in and around Matatiele. There's an R80 minimum for collection.
How long does it take?
24 to 48 hours. That's our promise. (Same-day isn't available yet, but it's coming.)
Do I need to sort my laundry first?
No, just hand it over. We sort lights, darks and colours for you.
How do I pay?
Cash, EFT / bank transfer, or Zapper.
What don't you wash?
We don't do underwear, sneakers or bags.
What about delicate items or sensitive skin?
We use a quality standard detergent. If you have delicate fabrics or special needs, tell us when you book so we can take extra care. We're also noting requests like fragrance-free detergent for the future.
